Miss Renton is such a pleasant person that I felt at ease throughout the various tests which were fully explained. Her manner was so reassuring that the test time passed so quickly and pleasantly. When one gets older being respected is important and Miss Renton's way of treating me was exceptional and I left feeling that my eye care was safe in her/Boots hands.

Sarah said that she remembered testing my eyes last year also. It is reassuring to know that it is someone who has worked in the same store for some considerable time and is familiar with regular clients.She was patient and thorough and I felt that my eyes had been properly tested ( unlike on some previous visits to Boots).
